TRAVIS GARAGE DOORS & REPAIR

He totally took our deposit of $2400 plus and did not deliver the doors we ordered. After repeated attempts to communicate with Casey he just ignored us and never returned our deposit. We took him to small claims court in Eaton Rapids and we won a judgment against him and his business. Very doubtful we will ever collect but we will do our best to hold him liable for his business practices

He was fast and he checked everything to be sure there would be no more problems. Great service and will tell all my family about him.

I liked them very much. I described the problem to them and they just gave me an estimate over the phone. But the problem turned out to be something else and that problem that they fixed was actually costing less. And the garage door is working perfectly well ever since then. I am very happy that kind of service and thankful for their being very honest. Their honesty was what stood out to me. I’ve had similar work done by other companies that wasn’t as good as this. The garage door does work well. Nothing has broken as yet. I would definitely use them again.

Mark checked both doors and oiled everything, replaced worn parts and fixed both doors beautifully. He was fast and very reasonable. I would use his service again. I would also give his name to all my family members and friends.

If I could give higher than an A for this company, I would. I called Mark at 8 am in the morning on a freezing cold day. He responded within minutes and, although he was very busy and I was at least a half hour out of his way, he agreed to come immediately. He came, fixed the problem (and a couple of other things that I needed that I had not told him), did not try to sell me anything I did not need, told me how to do preventative maintenance, and was gone. In less than an hour. Very friendly, professional, extremely competent, and decent.

We called, Mark the owner answered and set up an appointment for that evening. He called to notify us that he was running late with another client, and that was fine. He replaced both springs on the door, lubricated and adjusted both doors, checked the openers and tension - a general tune-up. We used Travis Doors with the previous owner; Mark was an employee and is now the new owner, and is just as dependable and very pleasant.

EXCELLENT! Quick response. Pleasant, professional, and did quality work. In addition to the repair, Mark lubricated the parts and installed extension springs for safety. I highly recommend this company.

Our garage door buckled and came off the tracks   just after I pulled into the garage.........it was very scary because it made a horrendous noise ....I wasn't sure what exactly happened
Called Travis Company ......they responded quickly came out told us what he needed to do gave us an estimate we liked him
he stayed and fixed the (double ) door......we would certainly recommend  him and also use his services again if needed for the other door.

The contractor was very helpful by explaining what was required to fix the door.  He gave us two options (1) have struts installed that may correct the problem but could only give us an approximate amount of time they would hold  (2) have the full door replaced.  We trust that the work he did replacing the struts will hold for some time.  But in the future we will have him install the new door when needed.
It was a pleasure working with this company would recommend them to anyone.

Our garage door opener stopped working in the up position.  This occurred on one of the coldest days of winter.  We tried to reach the company that installed the door and got a voice message that said someone would call us on the next business day.  That would have been 2 days later.
In desperation, we call Travis Garage Doors and was told someone would be out to repair the door within 2 hours.  That is exactly what happened.
Needless to say, we will use this company in the future!

He came out almost immediately. The only time taken was to order the panels to be replaced. When I had another little problem with the garage door, he dropped off on the way home from doing another job and we got that problem fixed at no cost.

I have used Travis Garage Door and repairs several time over the years. The response is always very quick.One time I had a problem where smoke was coming out of my garage door opener.
