"We had a special situation, and Epic was the only company willing to come out to help us evaluate the best location for installation. Installer was great - he recognized asbestos tile on the basement floor, and recommended appropriate remediation service. System is basically invisible - no ugly pipe up the outside of the house! Follow-up test shows radon level reduced to well under recommended minimum."

"He is very open to questions, communicated the concerns he finds throughout his inspection. He is very timely and does an awesome job. He then finishes it off with a very thorough inspection report that includes pictures and videos of his findings."

"Excellent communication concerning what I needed to know and was willing to work everything out I was concerned about. Worked well with me explaining things that could happen in the future and how to handle it. He called and scheduled to see if he could come a day early and followed up the next day with a phone call on how things were working. Very good service and I would recommend them for Radon gas monitoring and testing."

"Great experience! Extremely fair pricing, very professional, and provided an extensive and thorough inspection report. I would definitely recommend Bench-Mark to anyone in the process of purchasing a home or starting a remodeling project."

"My experience with Patrick can be summarized as thorough, detailed, and honest from start to finish. From my first phone call with him, it was clear that Patrick truly had my best interest at heart. He explained the entire inspection process, including how long we would be at the home and what he would and would not review during the inspection. Patrick even took the time to pull up the property online while we were on the phone to advise me on his concerns and some additional services to consider before buying the home; no other inspector we called put forth this effort. Upon arriving at the home, Patrick quickly set up shop. On the kitchen counter, he immediately laid out his tools, radon detector, and the snacks he was kind enough to bring for us. From there, we systematically began inspecting each room of the home with Patrick narrating his thoughts aloud. He explained his concerns and safety issues, and he provided many recommendations on fixing and maintaining the home in the future. As a first time homebuyer, Patrick was patient with answering all the questions I had in a clear, understandable manner that left me feeling confident in my ability to care for the home in the future. After the 6-hour inspection, Patrick quickly sent me a 16-page report, all photos he took during our visit, and all city permits on file for the home for me to review. I highly recommend Patrick if you need a building inspector."

"SWAT did a great job installing the radon mitigation system in my house. They were very responsive, coming out quickly to provide a quote and offered a discount if the neighbors in the connecting townhouse would sign on as well. Installation was quick and the system was installed with no problem whatsoever. The radon levels in my house dropped from a reading of 12 to “undetectable” in just a couple of weeks."

"I hired Double Check to do an inspection for a personal decision of "Repair or Replace". Justin came out, performed the inspection, took photographs and answered all my questions. He found some issues like a few shingles missing, popped nailheads and the like. We discussed the Repair or Replace decision. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended."

"Brad was thorough, on time, and explained everything clearly. I felt confident in the inspection, and didn’t feel like he left any stone unturned. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an inspection."

"Excellent. The inspector was very thorough, and identified numerous concerns that we hadn't noticed ourselves. Thank you!"
