SWAT did a great job installing the radon mitigation system in my house. They were very responsive, coming out quickly to provide a quote and offered a discount if the neighbors in the connecting townhouse would sign on as well. Installation was quick and the system was installed with no problem whatsoever. The radon levels in my house dropped from a reading of 12 to “undetectable” in just a couple of weeks.

On time, professional, great workmanship and great price.

I am very pleased with the work done, the only issue was the clean up. The clean up was not done well.

Shaun was very helpful in finding the best spot for out radon system. He listened to our concerns and worked with us in finding the best spot since he had to drill into the cement floor. He was courteous, professional and very efficient.

Radon gas in my house’s lower level was 3.6 picocuries per liter: below 4.0 pCi/L, at which EPA urges remediation, but high enough that it’s recommended. Beginning a week after SWAT installed gas elimination system (for $850), radon level dropped to 0.3 pCi/L: about the same amount of radon as is found in fresh air. Nuff said.

Swat was a breeze to work with. Their price was reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. The technician who did the install, Ross, was great. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, gave me multiple options for the install location. He was fast and efficient, but didn't cut corners. Great experience all around. Would definitely recommend.

Very flexible and cost effective. Came out on short notice and did a fantastic job.

I liked customer service and the young man who came out however he ran into a problem and told me to hire somebody to take out the glass block in the window and put plywood there and of course he might as well told me to fly to the moon so the job was not done and luckily they did not charge me so I am pretty disappointed.

Very knowledgeable, early to our appointment. System was installed quickly with no mess. I would use this service again.

The Radon system was installed well, a couple of left over items were left and incurred additional cost for smaller basement size and location which wasn't the fault of the technician.

Very competent fellow. However no mask or any other outward signs of COVID 19 precautions. Also, a drilled hole for a power cord was sealed with a silicone caulk of some kind, but when I checked it the next day, the caulk had sagged before drying, leaving the hole half uncovered. I resealed it myself. I would still recommend them.
