"Ryan was great! I had some hesitations about radon mitigation in an older home and Ryan assured me it would be no problem. He was honest and straight forward with how to tackle the issue, and didn’t hard sell on doing every possible thing, but made his suggestion to try the mitigation system, then seeing where the levels tested to determine if next steps were necessary. He did great clean work and was priced well. I appreciate his hard work to make my new home safe."

"We had a special situation, and Epic was the only company willing to come out to help us evaluate the best location for installation. Installer was great - he recognized asbestos tile on the basement floor, and recommended appropriate remediation service. System is basically invisible - no ugly pipe up the outside of the house! Follow-up test shows radon level reduced to well under recommended minimum."

"Jim Shuster was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable ... and very pleasant to work with! The initial response to my inquiry was quick, as was all subsequent communication. I was so impressed with the overall Radon Testing experience that I also contracted with Jim to perform an Air Quality Test and Mold Inspection at my residence. I do not think that I could have received a better reference for my job(s) than Premier Inspections Plus. Thank you."

"Excellent communication concerning what I needed to know and was willing to work everything out I was concerned about. Worked well with me explaining things that could happen in the future and how to handle it. He called and scheduled to see if he could come a day early and followed up the next day with a phone call on how things were working. Very good service and I would recommend them for Radon gas monitoring and testing."

"Mark was very thorough, profesional, and friendly. I was able to schedule our inspection withn 24 hours. I highly recommend him."

"As a first time home buyer, I am so glad we had Patrick for our inspection. He was incredibly thorough and spent a lot of time with us. In addition to leaving no stone unturned, he gave us great tips on home maintenance. I would highly recommend this service!"

"SWAT did a great job installing the radon mitigation system in my house. They were very responsive, coming out quickly to provide a quote and offered a discount if the neighbors in the connecting townhouse would sign on as well. Installation was quick and the system was installed with no problem whatsoever. The radon levels in my house dropped from a reading of 12 to “undetectable” in just a couple of weeks."

"I hired Double Check to do an inspection for a personal decision of "Repair or Replace". Justin came out, performed the inspection, took photographs and answered all my questions. He found some issues like a few shingles missing, popped nailheads and the like. We discussed the Repair or Replace decision. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Highly recommended."

"Brad was thorough, on time, and explained everything clearly. I felt confident in the inspection, and didn’t feel like he left any stone unturned. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an inspection."
