"I left a request online for having my area rugs cleaned. Feldpausch Services responded immediately and arranged to come for an inspection the next day. I was pleased to learn that they would take the rugs out to be cleaned and that would clean for odor if they found it necessary as I have 5 pets. They removed the six rugs before they left and took them with them which gave me a chance to get my oak floors properly cleaned. The rugs were removed on Tuesday and returned Thursday afternoon - the cleaning for pet odor was largely unnecessary. The workman put the two larger rugs in place as I felt I could handle the others. I was very happy to see that the oldest rug which I bought 14 years ago looked essentially new. All of the rugs were returned clean, in good condition and free of odor. Thank you so very much, Feldpausch Services. I couldn't be happier"

"Two members came out to clean the air ducts. They used a powerful vacuum mounted in the truck and drilled holes in the ducts and attached the vacuum, which sucked out the contaminants. Kenny, the lead technician, explained the entire process before starting the cleaning, and he said that I could watch them work if I wanted. They were very through in cleaning the supply and return ducts. They arrived on time and worked efficiently. We'll have to see how effective the duct cleaning is in reducing dust and other contaminants in the house, but I would recommend this company to anyone considering having their ducts cleaned."
