"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. He was very patient, If I had any questions no matter how many he would answer them. I then met my project manager Brian he was awesome as well! If there were any questions or concerns he would answere them with no problem, if there was any problems he would have them resolved quickly. I loved the fact they are really sincere, after signing the contract some companies tend to ignore you and your concerns not Extreme Exteriors they were very professional and stuck to their word. "They were extremely friendly and were very punctual. They were even able to get us in a week earlier than expected! We had another company out for a quote and it was night and day. The other company spent maybe 5 minutes looking at the problem (Enviromax spent at least 30 minutes) and then never even sent the estimate and also told us we would have to wait at least 6 weeks!"

"It went very well. The owner came out, explained everything in detail. He was not pushy, explained his product and left the decision to us. He was very good about answering questions. He knew his product and knew what we needed. When he came out he already he knew what we could use for our condo. He was very honest about how long we would want to stay there and what we could use or need. He was not pushing any product. He answered all questions we had and had other material in his truck he could show up. He was able to come out when we had time available. We mentioned a comment we had seen on Angies List and he addressed those concerns and explained why it would not be a problem for us. It was a very good experience dealing with him. They come out and measures the window, then they have the guy that is going to install them measure again and introduces themselves so you know who they will be. We had another quote that was slightly lower but the quality of the window is better. He is up front and let you know the windows are made to fit."

"The salesperson who came out was very nice and professional - however, he did not tell me that I needed to have everything in the basement 3 feet from the walls.  This caused us to scramble on the day of installation and i'm certain that this made it more difficult for the installers as well.  Additionally, no one had warned me of how strong the smell would be initially and I had to scramble a bit to get my very young family out of the house to avoid it and/or off-gassing.  The installers arrived on time and were ready to roll.  They did an excellent job insulating the rim joists and did a pretty good job of cleaning up.  There were some spots where I had to scrape the insulation off of the floor and wall.  Overall, I would recommend them for small jobs such as this.
