I called on a Saturday afternoon of a holiday weekend ( 12/30/2017) and they were able to diagnose and fix my clothes dryer that afternoon. I was very happy with their responsiveness. Other appliance repair companies couldn't come out until Tuesday as it was the New Year's weekend.
