She provided us with a very reasonable quote and said that she could send someone out that day. The serviceman was very prompt and let us know when he was on his way to our house. He was able to locate the animal quickly and remove it. We were also impressed by the level of humane care towards animals, as the serviceman had a litter of baby raccoons that he was transporting to a rescue from earlier that day. Overall, we had a great experience with this company! We'll be going to them for any animal-related needs in the future."
