"Steve was wonderful! He explained everything very well and did a thorough examination of the outside of my house for areas where birds or squirrels may have gotten in. He then installed special pieces that would allow the birds to leave but not return. He will be returning to put permanent covers in place once he's sure everything is out. I highly recommend him for anyone with this type of problem."
