I've used this company for several years, and it is a treat to give them kudos on Angie's List. They are prompt, efficient and guarantee their work. One time I did have to have them come back in the fall--they did so, no questions asked, and no charge.

They were fine and they just came out and did their thing. It was like a flat rate fee. I thought that it was a little bit expensive for what he did. He just came and sprayed and he was gone like 10 minutes later. I thought that they probably could have adjusted their fees according to what they did, but she told me over the phone that it was a flat rate fee, so I was prepared for that. I may not use them again, just because of the flat rate, and I may shop around a little more.

After returning from vacation to find bees had came in through our bathroom vent, we called all over trying to find someone to remove them. Most local places didn't return messages and national companies wanted to lock us into a pest control contract. Area Pest Control had someone answer the phone right away and had us scheduled for an appointment 2 days later.
They gave us a 4 hour window and promised to call within 30 minutes of arrival. Less than an hour into our appointment time their service person called and came over. She was prompt and professional. Excellent overall service! They provide a 6 month guarantee on the work too.
