The work was done in 1 day as promised. It’s been 5 months. I had a small leak where the shower frame meets at the bottom in the corner. I explained to him the problem of a terrible smell in my laundry room and living area that I’d been dealing with for over a month. I had another contractor out to connect a disconnected sewer line, and do underbelly work but the smell was still there after 3 weeks. Billy came out and checked it out at 10am that same morning. He assessed and knew exactly what the problem was. He came out early the next day, Thursday, and got it all fixed along with some other issues I didn’t know I had. No more smell!! He was a Godsend and I’m very pleased with his workmanship, promptness, and kindness. Recommend very highly!"
