I called Drain Doctor and made an appointment for the next day between 9 and 1. When 1:30 came I called and they said I had no appointment. I was furious, found someone else and got it fixed. You better check your referrals more thoroughly!!!!

These are the people to go to! Professional, knowledgeable, efficient. The technician was able to identify the problem which is covered by warranty - part was ordered - and a satisfied customer. Will definitely use them again!

The plummer arrived on time, was very courteous and friendly, but was here for more than 4 hours and ended up having to come back the next day with heavier-duty equipment and a buddy. It only took about 30 minutes to unclog the drain the second day. I feel he was here too long the first day, like he knew he wasn't going to get it unclogged the first day, even though he had tried several different "snakes", lso why stay until 10 pm working! It was just more aggravating and made the guy seem like he didn't really know what he was doing.

Plumber and his assistant were prompt, helpful, and able to deal with "vintage' plumbing in order to install the new unit. I can recommend Drain Doctor, with one caveat: I recently made a call for another unrelated problem (leak in basement), and after two days, and several messages left, have not received a callback. I have had to call another plumber. I do not know if Drain Doctor is still in business -- or if there is some other issue that has caused them not to return a call. *IF* you are able to contact them and choose to use them, I believe you will be very satisfied with their service.
