These men were professionals, and their work was of the highest quality. They even laid down protective coverings on the carpet before they began working. They informed me about the entire project step by step and ensured that the area was cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

Our bathroom was fully gutted and rebuilt (with same footprint) - the end result was fantastic and I believe the value was very high. Just to make others aware - we had a fair amount of back and forth with the inspectors from our township and had several hardware items delivered to our house that were broken so they had to be re-ordered - so job took longer than we (and Allshire) expected. That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. We will call them again when we get ready to remodel our kitchen. Allshire is a good company because it is made of good people."

My wife and I are so pleased with the result. He replaced rotting boards, sanded and caulked, masked, and painted our trim, shutters, door, and shakes. As a comparison, we had our house painted a few years ago by another company and the quality of the workmanship by Keenan is far superior. I wish I had “before” pictures. Best of all, his pricing was extremely competitive. I would definitely use his company for future projects, including interior renovations based on this experience."
