Ended ok but had to redo a faucet installatio and also cracked granite. Left to subcontractors to do and they did fix faucet and replaced granite but disappointed that there was no checking up on these re-dos or a final check of the whole project.

I complained to the company and they sent someone to look at the work. He agreed that it was not up to their standards. I let them know I didn't want it redone and have my only bathroom out of comission for several days. What I would like was a refund. Nothing happened. I was not followed up with despite multiple calls to Lindsey. I've felt too dumb for paying $11,000 for this shoddy job to post this review. I hope this is helpful to others who are making decisions. This space is not large enough to list all of my complaints or all of the photos. Please see my google review."
