"One of our rental homes had a bad house fire. We had to gut it down to the studs, kept the exterior siding, but everything else had to be replaced, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, plus walls, floors, ceilings, bathroom and kitchen. The works. Tyler from SimpleFix ran the project with his crew, kept in great communication, and stayed on it until we were satisfied with the finished work. His estimate was accurate, and we have received rave reviews from tenants about how grateful the place looks since then. "They sent about 15 workers and 8 hours later we have a brand roof! They were very professional, covered my flowers and landscaping before doing the job, went through the yard after with a magnet to do all the cleaning up of the left over parts and nails. They were very careful with the job overall and did an amazing job."

"Varcie building and maintenance totally remodeled one of the bedrooms in my home. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jake himself while he gave me an estimate of what the remodel would cost. He was both friendly and professional. You can tell he is seriously dedicated to his work. I was shocked at how fast and precise Jake worked. He replaced all drywall in the room, replaced trim and casing, put in new electrical outlets and switches. It looks wonderful! I am so happy I went with this company. He does amazing work, next project is the kitchen, which we will be coming back to do! Highly recommend, best around!"

I am very happy with the work that was performed on the
interior of my home by Elysium. I had my upstairs bathroom wall paper removed
and the drywall skimmed and repaired as well as painted. I also had Elysium
paint the upstairs hallway, which has a high ceiling and required ladder work
to paint around our skylights.
The production manager Troy made sure that our project was scheduled and completed in a timely
fashion. I really appreciated the fine customer service that I received from
the company as a whole. I felt like they really cared about respecting my time
as well as my home. The crew was fantastic when it came time to clean up and do the final walk through, I was impressed with how well they cleaned up. I am so excited to have fresh paint on the walls.

"The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They only tore off a portion of the roof that could be replaced that day so we didn't have to worry about tarps. It took a few days but they were very careful and considerate of the house and landscaping. We had some issues with the roof looking like it was buckling in places and the owner was quick to come out and check it out. He said the shingles needed to settle in and heat up good before they will lay completely flat, I was skeptical about that answer but he said if they don't lay flat then they will tear it off and do it again. Sure enough, they did lay flat by the end of summer and everything looks fine now.
