Overall a great job and we're very pleased - the porch looks great. Mike and his crew were very friendly and professional. They handled change orders very well and were up-front about pricing and schedule. There were no surprises with my job. The only issue we had involved the re-roof of the house. The roofing subcontractor did the job quickly and also did a good job of tearoff - making sure there was little debris on the ground. However, they left several exposed nail-heads on the new shingles which if I had not been up on the roof blowing leaves out of my gutters and spotted them would have gone undetected. Once I contacted Mike to inform him of what I found he came out and inspected it himself and had it rectified quickly. I highly recommend McMenemy Builders and hope to use them on my next project.

Mike was extremely easy to work with throughout this project.  He came out to review the requested job and provided a quote exactly when scheduled.  Once I reached out to award Mike, he placed the job on his schedule and was out to perform the work within a few weeks.
There were some delays on this job due to rain and some miscommunication, but Mike handled it with class and ensured the job was completed to my satisfaction.  Mike and his partner made sure our basement was cleaned up and left in just as good of condition as when they started their renovation work.  I would recommend Mike to anyone looking for the same type of services.

The project went very smooth. Mike/Mark showed up every day on time until we had to wait for cabinets/granite to arrive. They did all the work demo, drywall, electrical, plumbing and ceramic except granite.  It was very nice not having to wait for different subs. The bathroom turned out Great and we have already had several compliments.

Crew arrived promptly on date of service and began work immediately.  Removal of old roofing material was quick and with minimal mess to the side or back yards.  All waste was dumped into a trailer instead of simply being scraped onto the ground.  Stray bits of material were picked up prior to completion of job.  The new roof was applied quickly with the job being completed by 4PM.  So far we are very happy with the service and work performed.

I interviewed a number of local contractors for work to be performed on our house in Midland, MI.  We wanted to replace our roof and siding.  We had a budget of 18,000.00 to have a complete roof tear off and replacement, as well as having premium siding put on to replace our old clapboard style siding. We found there was a significant range in quotes between the different companies. We decided to go with Mike Mc Menemy builders in Midland, MI.

Mike gave us a fair quote (not the cheapest nor the most expensive).  He seemed trustworthy and very knowledgeable.  They finished the work within three weeks and we are very happy with the results.  The roof and siding has made a big difference and increased it's curb appeal.  Throughout the process Mike and his team answered many questions and kept us up to date regarding their progress. He really payed attention to the detail on our house...the trim work is excellent and all lines are straight.  I would certainly hire Mike again in the future. He and his team were very friendly and extremely easy to deal with. I can highly recommend Mike Mc Menemy builder for roofing and siding.  Given his attention to detail and craftsmanship I would hire him for any construction/remodeling project I am looking to achieve.
