Clark Builders provided very good, prompt, and professional service.  They provided a detailed quote and were very receptive to answering all of our questions before during and after the job was finished.  They were able to adjust to ongoing add-on's to our original quote when the need arose due to unforeseen issues with the existing roof/soffits.  The price was slightly higher than the average of six quotes from other companies.  However, they are only one of two companies that recommended and included in the price the use of ice guard to the peak of our roof due to the lower pitch of our roof.  They arrived on time every day and fully completed our job before moving on to another client (unusual for companies to do this!).  They kept the job site clean during construction and at the end of each day.  They were willing to come back and repair one issue with the furnace/water-heater vent duct that was inadvertently misaligned during the repairs.  I will certainly consider them for any future home improvement projects.
