Ultimate Exteriors

I got an estimate from them and they were less than the two estimates I got.  I don't know just how good a job they did.  I haven't found any leaks or anything.  They cleaned up but I think it could have been a little more professional.

There was a mix up on when they were coming to do the job. We were told one day. We prepared by removing pictures from walls objects from shelves, removed all patio furniture and removed car from garage. They were to be here at 8a.m.. No show . We called and were told and quot;oh, ah really , we will be there Thursday (2days latter). and quot;So double check on appointments and actual day and time of job. But they performed a very good job.

It was great. I thought his estimate was fair. He agreed to do some other minor fixes on our house roof also, which he included in the price. We were really pleased with the results.

They took great care in covering the area that the old roof material would be discarded. An infestation of ants was discovered in one area of the roof and I was informed that I needed to get something to kill them. They continued to work while I purchased the needed bug killer and then treated the area. They also pointed out that I had an issue with some of the bricks on my chimney and suggested an alternative to replacing the brick. They completed the job in one day.

I made several calls and obtained several bids before making my decision to use Ultimate Exteriors. The builder that came out and gave me the bid had a great personality and treated me as a person and not as just a chance to make a dollar.

While getting estimate on interior painting was told cracking and peeling paint was a ventilation problem. Old roof was 18 years old so decided to just replace and fix ventilation problem at same time. Owner met me at a time that was best for me and discussed problem with ventilaton and how it could be fixed. Gave me address of a current house they were working on so I could see their work and crew.
When house and garage were done they were tarped and only a handful of shingle pieces and 2 nails were found after their cleanup. Had to have several boards replaced on the roof and was called when problem found and options given on how to proceed.

The job was great. They came out to give us an estimate and the gentleman walked around the house, got up on the roof, took notes on a pad of paper, calculated, and asked us questions. When he came back to give us a quote, I had two pages of questions to ask him and he answered every one of them. We were pretty impressed with the company based on our first impressions. Everything was done very well and they communicated with us on a regular basis. We have recommended them to family members and friends.
