"I have been working with HE Bright for a long period of time they did many projects for me. They installed my EV charger and my generator and they did all the lighting when we remodeled out house. very fair pricing and professional work."

"I would not recommend this vendor. Currently they are my monitoring service. Although the service is fine, the employees are rude and do not value their customers. I have had constant headaches with dealing with them over the past year. Examples include them keeping my ex-husband on my service and billing me for his own home monitoring, incorrect charges, false billing for their 'service plan' that I never signed up for, and worst of all just being plain old rude on the phone. I either do not get calls back when I leave a message or when promised a call back...nothing. I currently have a dispute for $30. They would rather argue and call me a liar than refund me the $30. I was told that I could speak with the owner. I left a message and no returned call. After being a loyal customer for nearly 5 years, I am not worth $30 to them. Although it will cost me more money than the $30, I plan on finding another provider who values their customers. Can't wait to cancel service and let all know what they are about to embark on if they sign on with Alert. Their service is fine in terms of setting up appointments and monitoring, but I wish their future clients luck when dealing with the human side of doing business with them."

"As someone like me who has intermediate handyman skills, I have been pretty fortunate in solving most electrical problems on my own.  However, that luck ran out today when I was helping a lady complete a basement project that was abandoned by others.  I called Dan in the afternoon and he was nice enough to turn around from Canton and drive back to Ann Arbor to assist me that same day.  I was very pleased on how he quickly solved the electrical problem and how he demonstrated a high level of professionalism.  As long as I am in the Wayne/Washtenaw County area, I will call him first with all my electrical needs.

"I wish there were more companies like Kravis. They responded promptly to our online request and had someone out to give us an estimate that same day. Their employees were very progessional, efficient and knowledgeable. They were here when they said they would be (even a little early) and immediately got to work. They did all the part of the installations that required two men and then one of the men left and the other finished the installations. They installed 4 ceiling fans and a microwave for us. The man who finished the job left everything very clean when he was finished. We truly appreciate that and it is not always the case."
