He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"It went very well. The owner came out, explained everything in detail. He was not pushy, explained his product and left the decision to us. He was very good about answering questions. He knew his product and knew what we needed. When he came out he already he knew what we could use for our condo. He answered all questions we had and had other material in his truck he could show up. He was able to come out when we had time available. They come out and measures the window, then they have the guy that is going to install them measure again and introduces themselves so you know who they will be. We had another quote that was slightly lower but the quality of the window is better. He is up front and let you know the windows are made to fit."
