Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. "I had an appointment and had to leave home toward the end of the day.  As he was likely to finish the job before I returned, I gave him a check for the balance due.  When I got home that evening, it was obvious that he packed up and left as soon as I had gone, as no more work was done. I called immediately and received email promises to return but  follow up phone calls were never responded to.  That was early October and this is early April.   Though some of the runoff from the roof has been diverted, large amounts of rainwater still pours down onto the rear door area.
