"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Leonard arrived on time May 30 as scheduled. After inspecting the problem areas he determined that they could be corrected by resetting a GFCI outlet located in our basement storage area that had been hidden by a portable clothes closet. He offered to accept $50 for correcting the basement problem, $20 for replacing a damaged GFCI outlet in our garage, and refund our $349 Big Deal original purchase price.
