He found several areas of our lathe and plaster walls that required extra repair finish work that extended the time necessary to get the job completed. In order to finish within 1 week, as quoted, he offered and did work both Saturday and Sunday going above and beyond our expectations to ensure a flawless outcome! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
