This review is a downgrade because they did not replace the clean-out cover (now more than a week after the job) and the re-seating of the toilet was not as tidy as expected - we are having another firm to clean this up. Additionally, soil was not leveled back to grade."

I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."

"Jeff brought his team in and things went by quick. Within about 2 weeks we had a finished basement it looks exactly as we pictured or better! Fred did great work on the drywall fixing most of the imperfections without having to tear it all down and start again. The bathroom came out amazing and is better than we could have imagined. Not only was Jeff and team friendly, they were very open, honest, and most of all on-time and on-track. At no point were we left wondering when they were going to show up, what they were working on, or if things were going smoothly. All-in-all JAM was able to work a miracle on our basement at a very reasonable price. I can only imagine how great our basement would have been if we had hired JAM from the start!"
