Jeff came to the job prepared in his bee suit to tackle the nest.  He treated the exterior and interior wall of our home to exterminate the bees.  He explained that the treatment could take 7-14 days to exterminate the bees.  However, we have not seen a bee since Friday morning, so job WELL DONE!!!

I called for assistance at my daughter's house - Mitch did a fantastic job explaining their service approach, pricing, and guarantee.  My daughter was very pleased the with results, the excellent responsiveness and very thorough; over all a very positive experience.

I like their reviews on Angie’s List.  They came out and did what they said they were going to do.  We were not home that day but they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right as they said it would be, no plus or minus.  Everything they said happened.

The service we paid for is an annual cost, which I feel is fair based on past issues and other companies. He has had to come out several times already to check on things, and has been prompt and helpful each time.

For a flat fee, he sprayed the entire perimeter of the house, plus indoor locations where ants had been seen

They did a good job. We were referred to them by Jim Dokter's Home Inspections, as we recently moved in, and noted evidence of possible mice. Rather than wait-and-see, we proactively hired Van Den Berge Pest Control, to take care of business.  Never saw a rodent. We highly recommend this company.

Daughter, who sleeps in basement, was hearing scratching in walls at night. Mice droppings were found on top of chest freezer in utility room. Called VandenBerge Pest Control on Friday after Thanksgiving and on Monday he came for inspection. I'm sorry that I can't recall his name, but he was courteous and professional, confirmed that it was mice and outlined his plan. I agreed so he set out the baits.  He said over the next 2-weeks we would see less and less "droppings" until they were gone. It has now been 6 weeks and we hear no more scratching in the walls, and we have no more droppings on the freezer. The timeline went just as he described. I am pleased with the outcome and the price charged. I would recommend them.

Van Den Berge Pest Control Inc. are very nice people. They took care of my carpenter ant problem. They were accommodating. Maybe their prices were a little high, but I think it's probably the going rate. I would use them again and I would recommend them. They figure out your problem and try to help you with your needs.

Spoke with Terry on the phone.  He was patient and explained the workings.  We set up an appointment for the next day.  Barry called to tell me he was running a little late.  When he showed we walked the property together, pointing out problems and potential problems.  I went inside, Barry cleaned the webs away, sprayed the property and checked back in with me.  Both Terry and Barry put me at ease.   Very pleased with the service.  This winter if I sign up for the 2014 season I'll get 5% off.  And I won't have to pay the initial visit price again.  I plan to use this service next year.  I'll be able to enjoy my back yard again.

I have ranch style house in the woods with a large deck and pool.  We moved in February of this year and had a big problem with wasps, spiders and ladybugs.  We choose to do a monthly plan for the entire spring/summer season.  I'm super afraid of spiders and bees/wasps and can say that since starting the monthly sprays I haven't had any problems with either.  Ron is very kind and came out to the house personally to quote and assess what kind of bug issues we had.  He leaves a detailed paper each time he comes to spray stating what was found (if anything).  Very happy with the service and plan to continue doing the sprays each year.

After reading positive reviews about Van Den Berge Pest Control on Angie's List, I called them regarding the problem of yellow jackets I had coming in to my house through a bathroom exhaust vent. We tried to treat the problem ourselves, but when the yellow jackets began spilling in through many light fixtures and into other rooms, I knew it was time to get professional help. Terry gave me advice over the phone until Barry could get out to my house two days later. Barry realized the insects were nesting between the floors and therefore sprayed a kill spray and fog into the space there. He sprinkled a dust in the entry hole to bait and kill the remaining live insects in their nest. And he gave us advice about closing the entry hole when appropriate. Barry also walked our property and advised us about some other wasp and ant problems we had. He's also a dog lover; ya gotta love that!

They are prompt, professional, and thorough.  They do a good job; if we have any problems they’ll come back without an extra charge because we’re on their program.  I don’t know what other people’s prices are but theirs aren’t so astronomical that I’m looking around.

He was very friendly. They do good work. I haven't heard anybody complain about them. Holland, MI is such a small town that a company wouldn't last long here if they did a bad job.
