I am very satisfied with all three services that Bill and/or his son, Zach, have performed. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the process and the products they use. Bill is very nice and patient, very easy-going personality, and always willing to answer all of your questions. I have referred him to many of my neighbors and even my parents hired him to install a radon system in their home. His prices are very fair and competitive, and he always sticks to his estimate!

I had tried to get rid of the bee nest myself with Raid but it didnt kill them. There was a steady stream of them coming and going from the large hole in my ornamental grass. I was afraid someone was going tho get stung so decided to make sure they were gone. Bill came out at the designated time, even calling me to tell me he was on the way. He handled the job very professionally and was nice to work with.

I had a bee hive located in the soffit next to the chimney and somehow bees were getting into my basement. Schultz arrived on-time and within a few minutes he located the hive. After explaining everything to me in detail he went to work. Before leaving he answered all of my questions and said to call him and he would come back out if the bees weren't gone within a few days. Schultz will be my FIRST call anytime I need pest control in the future. Excellent experience -- highly recommended.

We had an outdoor wooden stair rail crumbling apart from bottom up and thought it might be termites or ants. He checked it out and couldn't find any sign of bugs. Determined it was just the wood rotting. sprayed around foundations of house to keep out boxelder bugs and will help with spiders as well. We were concerned with mice getting into home. He didn't find any signs of mice in home at present. Showed us places they might get in and my husband will close those openings up himself.

Bill did a good job with the application of the insecticide. Some of the holes drilled in cement could have been filled and smoothed over more carefully.

We had a mouse problem, and Schultz came out quickly and took care of it. They were not too expensive, and very professional.

I bought the house in 2000, I've been on their yearly plan ever since, one time he treated it, but, since I'm on the plan, I only pay the yearly fee. I referred him to my sister and she is very pleased, also. I work crazy hours, he works around my schedule, and is very punctual.

This is a small, family run business. He's very personable and easy to get along with. He has a good knowledge of the business and he's very open to questions and concerns. He was very patient and willing to answer any questions I had.

HE GOT THERE AS SOON AS HE COULD AND WAS ABLE TO PREVENT ANY LASTING DAMAGE IN THE WOOD. HE IS VERY PUNCTUAL AND DOES VERY GOOD WORK. HE ALSO TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER AND MADE HER AWARE OF HER OPTIONS, MAKING SURE SHE GOT EXACTLY WHAT SHE WANTED.

THIS IS A SMALL COMPANY WITH A FRIENDLY AND POLITE STAFF. I FELT THAT THEY WERE VERY TRUSTWORTHY, AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE INSPECTION THEY DID ON MY HOME. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM AGAIN.
