HE SHOULD NOT BE HIRED FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICES IN REGARD TO HIS INCAPABILITY, UNRELIABILITY, OR NO EXPERIENCE TO COMPLETE THE SERVICES FOR WHICH HE QUOTED AND AGREED - BECAUSE HE DOES NOT HAVE THE TRUCKING EQUIPMENT TO ACCOMPLISH SUCH SERVICES. Alex was hired in November 2018 and given a $500. down payment to cut and the removal of 2 trees from the property. It was requested that the concern of the larger tree be cut 1st because of the age-related instability. He instead cut down the way smaller tree â which landed the 30 FT length of the tree trunk on an established 70+ yr old lilac bush, and he didn't contact us to tell that he had SEVERELY DAMAGED it. Then there were 3 CALLS over the next two months to Alex there-after asking when it was the we would expect the start of the cutting and removal of the original concern tree. 1st Call- Family Emergency, 2nd Call- Next Week he would do it, 3rd Call- Next Week he would again do it -was what he responded. The following week I received a called from a neighbor stating a large tree limb fell on the shed crushing and destroying the structure- which now needs to be removed and replaced. When I called Alex and sent a photo of the destroyed structured and asked why after almost 4 months the services had not been accomplished...his response was of many excuses and outright lies. He said: We should had known to had called another company to complete the services that he wasn't going to finish himself because he couldn't get the trucking equipment needed to cut the larger tree. That he didn't have our phone number at hand (on the smartphone that he called previously to take calls from) to call when he supposedly was on the property but couldn't cut that day because a neighbor's car was in the way. That itâ s hard to get good reliable hired-hands to work with him. That he didn't want to be on the property when the ground was soft in Nov., Dec., Jan. or Feb. in the Port Huron area in WINTER Months? Alex gave one excuse after another for the 45 minutes conversation that went on -after asking for the refund of the $500. To be given back to put towards the replacement of the shed and some broken contents. He even thought that the value of the shed should be depreciated by its age and it wasn't worth what it would cost for the replacement value. He had $200. and said he had no money nor income because of the seasonal work. I said should he had finished the services he would had been paid in full should he needed the money and income. I have waited 1 month for Alex to contact me with arrangements to refund the remaining $300. I called 2 MORE TIMES and he wonâ t answer nor call me back. (NOW IT IS ALMOST APRIL 2019) I told him that I would take action to the fact that no other person would have to go through this terrible ordeal and think that the 5 stars given in the past were any indication that he should be hire. HE SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED BY HIS WORD, NOR WHAT HE WILL SAY HE CAN DO, BECAUSE HE DID NOT CUT, REMOVE, COMPLETE THE SERVICES THAT HE SAID HE COULD AND WOULD DO. ALEX MENTIONED THAT HIS 25 YEAR AGE SHOULD HAD BEEN GIVEN AS INEXPERIENCE OF RUNNING A BUSINESS AND MISTAKES WILL HAPPEN TO ANY ONE AT ANY TIME. BUT THE DIFFERENCE SHOULD BE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND REDEEM ONE SELF OF FAULT BY THE REFUND OF $500. RIGHTFULLY GIVEN BACK FOR FAILURE OF SERVICES RENDERED. I PLAN TO CONTINUE MY CONCERN AND TO CONTACT SEVERAL DIFFERENT AVENUES OF NOTIFICATION OF AWARENESS THAT OF ALEX MATTHEWS OF FAST CUT SERVICES IN THE TREE SERVICING BUSINESS. DO NOT PAY..."

"This is really a great person, so honest. He undercharges for the quality of work that he performs. I have never had anyone who works so hard to get the job done. And he was working in heat that was close to 100 degrees. If I ever need someone to cut our yard again he would be the person that I would call. I would willingly wait until he was available because he is that good and reliable."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

Ralph stayed in contact with me through the whole process. These guys do a great job, are very helpful, and do what they say and when. If not, they will let you know. Just a great overall experience!"

"Absolutely Terrible and Lawn is dying with their services! We have been using them for 10 years. This year their applied services have ruined our lawn. Bloomfield manager came out finally and said,”Yep your lawn is needed up!” And the did it! Used to have best lawn in the neighborhood with sod and no weeds! Not anymore and the same services were performed by TrueGreen as previous years! We are going to post signs in our yard saying “Work performed by TrueGreen”!!! Absolutely the worst lawn killing service!!"
