"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Sean came to clean the carpet. I was so impressed by his working ethics. He is quiet and polite and like other people said, meticulous and responsible about his work!! He worked so hard and the carpet looked so nice afterwards. Even better, the total cost was so reasonable that it surprised me! Another very important point I want to mention is his integrity and honesty. I orginally hired him for both air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. But after checking the ducts, he said they were still in good shape. So I did not waste money on duct cleaning! This made me respect him more. I have recommended him to my friend who might need air duct cleaning. I am pretty postive he does an outstanding job on air duct cleaning as well. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody who needs carpet cleaning or air duct cleaning. I would definitely use him again in the future."

She went above and beyond our expectations and I couldn?t have asked for a better cleaner to come do all of our home cleaning needs as well as yard work. "They showed up on time and in uniform. They moved the furniture and didn't make me feel guilty for having a bit of an untidy house. They were polite and moved quickly. My only complaint would be that they didn't vacuum before they steam cleaned. From the looks of their own company survey it appears that they should have. Now that I know they need to be "asked" to do it, I will and I would use them again."

"Actually I was a little nervous about using Johnson's, but once I talked to Mr Johnson and he reassured me of his work, I decided to give him a try and I am glad I did. He did a very good job on my sofa and love seat. The color is a off white and I had never had it cleaned before. By the time he had finished, it looked like new again.
