It eased our minds that they were available when our septic backed up, because we knew they would handle it well, and we wouldn't have to worry. We were out of town when the incident first happened, and they were able to come right over and get things started, so we had less stress. Don did the floor and trim work in the basement; we have an odd-shaped room... the corners are perfect! He also took the extra time to line up the flooring to create barrier-free entrances. He also did a beautiful job on resurfacing the bar. The carpet guy was efficient and very polite. The carpet on the stairs is beautiful and comfy on our feet; nice padding. "We had our tub and tile glazed eight yrs ago by Tub Glaze, Inc. Everything was great until the tub settled 1/4 inch due to poor construction 50 yrs ago. After we had the tub raised, I called Harvey at Tub Glaze, Inc He said they could re-caulk and repair the glaze. Cody was right on time and did a wonderful job. You can’t tell it was repaired."

"Very high pressure sales. For your own sake have cameras rolling during sales pitch. Don’t let them make you believe that the installation is done by Erie. Totally subcontracted. Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it. "Horrible company to work with. Management is disorganized and incompetent. Workers just showed up anytime of the day. Worked a few hours and left. They weren't told what to do by the owner and sometimes didn't have the proper equipment. I had to explain what needed to be done every time for 13 day visits after I had already communicated this with the owner. Should have been a 5 day job. What did I hire them for? Owner treated my concerns with disrespect because I had to keep managing their workers after talking with her. Do not hire. Very unprofessional. Many companies out there that would do a professional job and treat the customer and their property with respect. I have been hiring for work on my homes for 40 years and never have I come across such an incompetent company. Do not work with this company. They had to borrow ladders, rags, razor blades, and drop cloths from me. Damaged my brick veneer with a wire brush so bad I had to file an insurance claim. Paint sprayed all over half my deck floor, down the steps, and all over the support beams. Will be nothing but headaches and property damage if you hire this company."

"I have a small home. We first contracted to put a metal roof on. We signed a contract for 12,000.00. Kodiak csme back and stated they couldn't do it for that as they calculated wrong. Real smooth talkers. We agreed to shingles, at 13,500.00. They roofers came and changed the shingles but NEVER changed the flashing, drip edge, or filled the open spaces on the roof,they just put felt paper over, and shingles. I still have the original leaks, and the roof is only about 6 years old and it is already starting to sag in all the open spaces under the felt and shingles. They wouldn't respond to us after the job was finished. Consequently my bathroom is molding from the ceiling where water is coming in. My biggest regret is I didn't sue them as I didn't know about the flashing and drip edge until later, where the leak was coming from by a different roofing company since Kodiak wouldn't respond."
