"This individual initially contacted us through elecktronic means (instead of by phone). He immediately tells us he needs a job done in a very, very short amount of time, because he is selling a house. It was indicated to him our current schedule made it impossible for us to meet his requirements / expectations. He persisted in pressing us for a price, even though he is almost 2 hours away and there is absolutely no way we could possibly have done the job for him. Evidently, because he didn't get a price, he feels justified in posting a negative review. Interesting. . . We hope you are able to find someone closer to your area and your project goes well."
