TILE REVIVE

He did a great job and we would hire him again when needed. He came out once to give an estimate then came out another time to do the job. He was clean and professional. We have ALWAYS been pleased with the work he does. We were also happy to support a local small business. :)

It went fabulously. He did a great job and it looks brand new. I priced a new tub and learned this was the most inexpensive approach. He confirmed that with the amazing job he did. My tub looks brand new and it cost me approximately 1/3 the cost.

I would recommend Tile Revive in a heart beat. The end result is beautiful. The tub looks brand new. Steve was on time, masked everything so as not to get the glaze on anything else. He was friendly, worked quickly, cleaned up after finishing and most of all he liked my dogs. :) Thanks so much for a great job,

I decided to use this company after reading other reviews.I placed a call in the afternoon and it was returned the next morning.We agreed on a day and time for the owner to drive 30 miles to my home for an estimate.He arrived as scheduled.The condition of the bathroom was very poor.Green tub, sinks and toilet. Yellow tiles many with hairline cracks.Glass door tracks rusted and corroded.Steve provided a complete estimate and took time to review with me.I decided to have the project done and we decided on a date which was about 4 weeks away and satisfied both our schedules.During that 4 week period I had several questions and called twice for information. Both times my calls were returned promptly and questions answered.4 weeks later as scheduled the project was started on time and completed 4 days later as promised.We had everything except the floor redone in white.When completed it looked spectacular.Steve was knowledgeable about his work, very professional and pleasant to have around. When completed he left no mess.
It would be nice if the many other business and service companies would exhibit and provide this level of skill ,professionalism and integrity.
Because of the quality of work and other positive reviews I assume this company is very busy, so if you need a project done better allow for some waiting time.

They did an excellent job. He is very busy, so it did take awhile for him to get out here. However he came when he said he would. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I would absolutely recommend his services.

Steve was prompt in returning my initial call. He scheduled an appt. and arrived promptly. His fee quote was fair and I scheduled the time for him to reglaze a tub and shower. Steve completed the job as agreed. The only issue I had was when I removed the tape he put up to protect the walls, it took the paint off. When I called Steve about this; he was apologetic and explained why (putting the masking tape on fresh paint less than 2 months). There was also some spots that were rough on the tub; Steve scheduled a time to smooth it out.

I would have Steve out again as he does great work and is professional and courteous but the paint job I had to have repaired myself was the only thing I was disappointed in. I also felt that Steve should have been the one to come out and remove the tape; that way he could have checked his work.

Very professional, came as scheduled was completed in two days and the job was beautiful. The bathroom tub was pink and the wall tiles were yellowish tan. We choose white for the new color. It looks like a new bathroom with brand new tiles and tub. It has a beautiful shine! We have a call into them to come and do our second bathroom and a shower in a third bathroom. I would recommend Tile Revive you won't be disappointed. If I can figure out how to post a picture I will!

They were very good. I thought they did an excellent job because I had someone else who was working on it at one point and the job they did was less than satisfactory. Tile revive came in and did a maple of what was already done. They were right on with the amount of money they quoted and I was very satisfied with their work. He came out and looked at the job. He was very responsive; he came out as soon as I told him I had a problem then we set a date on which he was to perform the job and he was out here on the day that we had scheduled. He completed the job on time. He left recommendations on how to maintain the tiles and gave me his business card in case I had any questions. Overall, the job was satisfactory.

He was on time and very courteous and informed me that there was a leak around the drain rather than a crack in the tub.

Steve did a great job. I should have written the review earlier, as by now I can't remember the cost exactly. I know we thought it was very reasonable for the work done. The old floor--the house was built in the late 1960's--was a multi-colored one-inch tiled surface. We liked the floor except for the dirty tile and grout that, despite attempts at cleaning it, was definitely past its prime. The method used by Tile Revive ended up making the floor look almost new. The grout was recolored (a creamy white) so that all the old stains disappeared.
Steve was punctual, reliable, and professional. We highly recommend him for anyone looking to do exactly what the company's name describes: revive their tile.

We met Steve at the local Home and Garden Show, and he is a very nice and reasonable guy. Our tub had two tiny rust spots near drain and our 55-year old tub overall was losing it's shiny glaze.  A few months later, we called him and told him that we wanted him to reglaze our tub.  He quoted the price over the phone and set a date.  He arrived on time, and he removed the caulk and the hardware from the tub, taped off everything, opened the window, ran the bath fan, and reglazed the tub with special paints.  He came back a week or two later and reinstalled the hardware, and cleaned up the mess.  He is very nice, but all business. 
Three major problems: 
The fumes were absolutely terrible, and, from what we read, tub glazing fumes are extremely toxic.  As my wife was pregnant at the time, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that we would need to be living somewhere else for a week, until the fumes dissipated.  We had to stay in a hotel for 5 nights, due to the fumes.  
About a week or two AFTER the job was completed, he gave us a pamphlet of instructions of HOW TO CARE FOR THE REGLAZED TUB.  Basically, you can only use Dow's Scrubbing Bubbles to clean it, anything will chip it, NO shower mats, no suction cups, if the shower spray falls it will chip it or scratch it.  Basically, the reglazed tub LOOKS a lot nicer, but it is totally inferior in terms of durability, in comparison to original tub. 
The tub turned out very nice, but we had to hire another guy to come out and re-caulk the tub, where it met the floor and the wall.
These major factors and expenses would have been nice to know BEFORE the job.   He did his job and it looks nice, but these surprises were unacceptable.  I cannot believe--in all of his years and experience--that he can consistently forgets to mention these things to the customers OR maybe it was just this one time.

I wish every service provider gave this high level of service and expertise.  We found Tile Revive after we had a bad experience with a remodeler who was unwilling to consider our wishes once we gave him a hefty deposit toward remodeling our two bathrooms, and who then kept $2,000 of our deposit for no service, thereby draining our budget for the total job. Steve, Tile Revive owner, provided us with a great affordable option to update our smaller bathroom. We had been cautioned against glazing over current tubs, but when we saw Tile Revive's product we were impressed. Steve gave us a timely estimate and a time frame that worked very well for us. He was professional, responsive and an excellent craftsman. We cannot say enough good about this provider and highly recommend him to anyone looking to upgrade with affordable solutions.

On time arrival for both estimate and actual work. Price reasonable, quality excellent. Cleaned up afterward. Pleasure to work with.

Steve was great!  He initially understood that I just wanted the shower surround, but I needed the tub glazed.  He gave me a discount on that, and when I asked him to knock off a few more $$ to bring the price to an even $1000.00, he agreed readily!  Saving a few $20 bills here and there when you are upside down on a venture just makes you feel good!  Steve did some similar work for me a year or so back.  Great guy, very honest, clean, trustworthy and a straight shooter!  I highly recommend him!

He was prompt on his appointment, gave a good accurate quote and did the work earlier than anticipated.  Good overall work.

Steve explained that, as a one person operation, he can't provide the same warranties. He was understanding of our decision to go with a company that could guarantee the work for a longer period. 
The work done (ripping out the old tile) was top quality--he was careful to leave adjoining wallpaper intact, which we requested. I think the price might be a little high for the job, but I did not ask for other quotes and I'm not sure. Since he was so patient with us as the job continued to change, I can't complain. Steve has been great about responding to phone calls and questions. When we were having difficulty with dropped phone service, he even drove into town to find an area with better reception to return my call.
We plan to use Steve to clean and seal our bathroom floor tile when the tub surround work is completed. He has been polite, professional, and easy to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs cleaning or repair work for tile.

It went very well. He did quality work. Job done sooner than originally stated. Very prompt and efficient. We were very pleased with the work that was done . I will certainly refer Tile Revive to family and friends. In fact, I already have.
