"Saleslady came out to the house and was very professional and knowledgeable.
Dale was the installer.  Very professional.  Kept us in the loop at all times about when the install would be done.  Worked with us on our schedule.  No problems at all.
Door is exactly the one we wanted.  They didn't normally stock the older-fashioned design we wanted, but they were willing to find it and buy it for us.
The only minor issues we had :
1.  We had told them in advance that one main reason we wanted to get a new door was that the old one wouldn't close all the way on its own.  The new one also had a problem with this.  The installer said "they are all that way... there is air being compressed between the two doors".   That differed from the saleslady's info. She said "No problem, we can solve that".  So the problem here was inconsistent expectation setting.
2.   Two days after installation, there was a minor dent in the door.  We don't know whether it was there when we got it.  It could have been our family members using a knee on it, since it was stronger to open/shut than the old one... that was what we had wanted.  So I won't assume the dent came with the door.

"The quality and care that this guy put into my dream project was beyond anything I could have ever anticipated. He not only listened to and understood the needs of what I was asking but then also interpretively built off of them in the most professional way possible. If there's any person that you are considering for fair pricing and the greatest outcome, this is your man."

"Went above and beyond any of my expectations! My ideas went from this and that in my head to something out of a magazine. Very professional, answering every question and kicking any bit of concern out the window. I will be calling Colette Designed LLC for my next round of projects."

"Father and son team were great. Came when they said they would, did the job I was quoted and cleaned up after themselves. I love my new bathroom tile...."

"Craig was a pleasure to work with. He returned calls and texts, showed up in a timely manner and his crew was the absolute best! They were the hardest workers and aimed to please at every turn. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Workers were polite. And did a great job."

"Best decision I have EVER made hands down was choosing SHB. I called multiple companies prior and never felt confident in going through with my remodel until I met Jerrod. He was honest, professional, friendly and consistent, along with his whole team. I know if I need anything done in the future I will call him first without hesitation."

"We hired them to remodel our home. I highly recommend them for your instruction needs. Outstanding work and service. They were very professional , easy and great people to work with since they beginning of the project. They also have been working on our neighbors home, completely renovating it , I have to say it looks really nice and like their quality of work. Do yourself a favor and give ESP Construction LLC a call with the level of professionalism, quality of work and efficiency. I highly recommend them!!!!"

"Larry and Dan D. were very professional. Job was done right. We had master bath remodeled. It looks great! Minor complaint would be the amount of time it took for the project to be started... 5 months from sign up to beginning of install. So, plan accordingly."
