"Saleslady came out to the house and was very professional and knowledgeable.
Dale was the installer.  Very professional.  Kept us in the loop at all times about when the install would be done.  Worked with us on our schedule.  No problems at all.
Door is exactly the one we wanted.  They didn't normally stock the older-fashioned design we wanted, but they were willing to find it and buy it for us.
The only minor issues we had :
1.  We had told them in advance that one main reason we wanted to get a new door was that the old one wouldn't close all the way on its own.  The new one also had a problem with this.  The installer said "they are all that way... there is air being compressed between the two doors".   That differed from the saleslady's info. She said "No problem, we can solve that".  So the problem here was inconsistent expectation setting.
2.   Two days after installation, there was a minor dent in the door.  We don't know whether it was there when we got it.  It could have been our family members using a knee on it, since it was stronger to open/shut than the old one... that was what we had wanted.  So I won't assume the dent came with the door.

"The prior occupant of my house attempted to, (with evidently little skill) turn a small back porch into a fair-sized, fully enclosed room with Windows. The result is a cheap looking extension with a leaking roof, and with windows that collapsed with the wind (letting in rain, snow, and leaves) --a totally unusable space that was a complete eyesore. I could never lets guests even see my backyard out of embarrassment. Enter Larry the Done Rite Handyman (and certified construction specialist)! He saw that, underneath the botched project, was the potential for a great looking rosewood deck. Magically, this man (and his kind and diligent assistant) converted the eyesore into asset --one that I am now proud to show off to any guests that happen to stop by. And his bid to do the work was much less expensive than my prior bidder (who only offered much less satisfying patch-up job). BRAVO!"

"I have never worked with a designer before. Colette is amazing. Very personable. I feel my house is hodgey podgey and I needed more flowing colors and wall accents with open floor plan. Our house is small in comparison to newer homes and I think she did a great job with all her suggestions.I have total faith in her design expertise. Any body looking for a designer CALL COLETTE."

"The quality and care that this guy put into my dream project was beyond anything I could have ever anticipated. He not only listened to and understood the needs of what I was asking but then also interpretively built off of them in the most professional way possible. If there's any person that you are considering for fair pricing and the greatest outcome, this is your man."

"Father and son team were great. Came when they said they would, did the job I was quoted and cleaned up after themselves. I love my new bathroom tile...."

"Mr. Charlie was very professional and knowledgeable. I needed a repair ASAP and the owner was the first to respond literally within minutes of me requesting service on Angie's list. Their prices are very reasonable. Mr. Charlie got the job done in a timely manner. I appreciate them getting my service done the same day. I would most definitely work with them again. Thank you again so much."

"Jerrod and his team did some updates for us a few years ago so when we decided to do this upgrade, we called him first. His prices were great and he and his team were polite, professional and honest throughout both remodels. We have more projects we want done in the future and plan to call Jerrod for those also."

"Larry and Dan D. were very professional. Job was done right. We had master bath remodeled. It looks great! Minor complaint would be the amount of time it took for the project to be started... 5 months from sign up to beginning of install. So, plan accordingly."
