Hired them to do a bathroom remodel. Not only were they never on time, but we were always pushed aside for other clients. This peeling started a couple months after the work was finished. I can’t believe the money we spent for it to be this awful! This is NOT professional work! RUN THE OTHER WAY

Day one the expectation of the job was misrepresented to the staff. The GM showed up to my house during the measuring process and express visible disdain for me when he found out that the project did not include labor etc... Upon a future visit to the showroom he pulled a designer out of a meeting with me to discuss that I had used up all of my design time and they needed to wrap up the process. Perhaps they should test the thickness of their office walls before having such conversation. I would also like to add that at no point was it communicated with me how much time I had already used or that I was nearing the end of the time allocated in the bid. Prior to making payment for design services I was contacted numerous times to see if I was satisfied with the help I was receiving only to have to tell them I had not yet had my appointment and couldn't speak to a service level. After the appointment a standard of two weeks would go by between contact even when I would reach out for status/information. Lastly there appears to be only one employee there that can call me by name. I have been called Liz or Lynn verbally or in emails (neither of which is my name). I am quite sure the level of service they give is equal to the amount being spent. I am quite soured on the experience as a whole and I am honestly not sure how to proceed as I will need to start over from scratch possibly with a new designer.

The workmanship of the drywall is not good. The taping shows through the paint, and needs to be removed and re-mudded. I noticed it originally in the bedroom and now I see it in the bathroom as well. I have contacted them to come out and look at it but they have not done so. They have given a lifetime warranty on workmanship and are not honoring that.

Saleslady came out to the house and was very professional and knowledgeable.
Dale was the installer. Very professional. Kept us in the loop at all times about when the install would be done. Worked with us on our schedule. No problems at all.
Door is exactly the one we wanted. They didn't normally stock the older-fashioned design we wanted, but they were willing to find it and buy it for us.
The only minor issues we had :
1. We had told them in advance that one main reason we wanted to get a new door was that the old one wouldn't close all the way on its own. The new one also had a problem with this. The installer said "they are all that way... there is air being compressed between the two doors". That differed from the saleslady's info. She said "No problem, we can solve that". So the problem here was inconsistent expectation setting.
2. Two days after installation, there was a minor dent in the door. We don't know whether it was there when we got it. It could have been our family members using a knee on it, since it was stronger to open/shut than the old one... that was what we had wanted. So I won't assume the dent came with the door.

After getting three estimates, we decided to go with Kopke to install a brand new bathroom on our 2nd floor. They weren't the cheapest, but their honesty and forthrightness was what sold us. The final price wasn't a penny over the estimate which is amazing considering the amount of work and not knowing exactly what they'd run into putting a bathroom somewhere there was previously open space and no plumbing near by. And the construction crew was friendly, respectful, courteous and treated our home as if it was their own. They were always on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The project was completed on time without any delays. We'll definitely use Kopke for any other home improvements we have.

Since the install, I have had condensation trouble, ice build up, and ants getting in through the window track. I have tried multiple times to get them to come out and repair their poor work. Now, 2 months after the 2 year warranty has passed, and I am forced to take them to small claims court.

"We have been out to her home on several occasions, (every time she called), to look at the job, and can't find anything wrong with the product or the installation. We explained the causes and cures for condensation and ants, but she still thinks something is wrong with our work. Unfortunately, she doesn't understand that windows don't attract ants, or cause condensation. We offered the name of a local exterminator, as well as literature from Glen Haege that explains condensation causes and cures, and how humidity needs to be controlled. Until she realizes that we are on her side, there isn't much else we can do. There is no 2 year warranty. In fact, we offer a lifetime warranty on all workmanship, (for as long as you live in the home). We are more than willing to meet again to talk it over, but she doesn't want to meet. I sent a letter offering information and requesting a meeting. Otherwise, we are glad to go to arbitration and vigorously defend our reputation."

FIVE STAR Master Suite remodel in Fraser!
We absolutely love our beautiful new master suite bathroom and custom closet remodeled/created by Kopke.
I cannot say enough about the fine craftsmanship I witnessed throughout the remodeling process. Sam is an absolutely awesome carpenter with a wealth of knowledge aiding in the finish design process. He and the rest of the work crew took such pride in their work; they made us feel like we were the number one customer even though they were busy as can be. Jake made sure we were kept in the loop on progression and due dates as well as helping out his crew when needed. He even went above expected by pinpointing times of arrival and hours expected for the work on any given day; this allowed us to decide how we would handle comforting our dog.
Having Jake, Sam and Will start the job was so refreshing; for us being prompt and passionate about one's work is essential;
we could not have had a better start than to have timely, friendly and respectful craftsmen show up at our door on day one. This team has such a strong work ethic, was very happy to be here, and was respectful to our family, including our bark crazy dog, as well as treated our home/property like their own and always leaving it tidy. This crew was extremely hard working with a lot of attention paid to detail to make sure everything was completed to perfection.
To Curt, Jake, Sam, Will, Bart, Vince, and Joe we say BRAVO!!! We don't know how to thank you enough for creating such a beautiful and tranquil space!

Kopke contacted us immediately and sent someone out the next day to quote our job. We wanted to replace a truly hideous kitchen floor without spending a fortune. We remodeled our kitchen about 15 years ago and everything still looked good except the floor. The dishwasher also needed to be replaced. Mike came out and suggested using click lock vinyl flooring which could be installed over the existing floor. We went with him to the showroom to pick out the flooring and a new side door. We agreed the job would be completed in mid-January (about 5 weeks after we met). About a week later we received a letter thanking us for our business and confirming the job would be complete in January. The floors and dishwasher were installed on January 12th and 13th, the storm door was installed on January 16th. Everything was done quickly and professionally. We couldn't be happier with the service and our beautiful new kitchen floor!

They were really Professional and arrived on time. But the workmanship is not high quality for the price we paid. Specially. Extension Jambs and Trim Molding was not done properly.

We waited over a month before I called them asking when they would start the work. The carpenters, siding team and eaves trough worker were very skilled, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Goi8ng from staccato to siding we were unsure what we wanted, but the salesman had great suggestions to make our house look different from others in the neighborhood and we are proud.
