From the beginning, we were very impressed with Tom on his knowledge and expertise in basements and he gave us some great recommendations/suggestions on how best to layout our basement. He heard our vision of what we wanted to do with the space and he helped bring it to life. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and gave us timely updates when something would be delayed or if an issue arose that needed our attention. All of the workers that Tom contracted were very professional and cleaned up after themselves once the job was done.
