That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. "I would highly recommend this for exterior paint jobs. Keenan (owner) was professional, thorough, and detail oriented. He promptly responds to text messages and accommodates last minute changes. My wife and I are so pleased with the result. He replaced rotting boards, sanded and caulked, masked, and painted our trim, shutters, door, and shakes. As a comparison, we had our house painted a few years ago by another company and the quality of the workmanship by Keenan is far superior. I wish I had “before” pictures. Best of all, his pricing was extremely competitive. I would definitely use his company for future projects, including interior renovations based on this experience."
