"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."

"This company is a joke and you have to be crazy to hire them. The owner, Lance, is a great sales man but will not abide by his contract or his word. I have been hounding Lance for 15 months to fix a drain he put in my driveway. I keep getting empty promises that it will be taken care of. The drain has never worked and my garage floods with large rains. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I had one of his crew tell me shortly after the project that Lance took shortcuts. Cracks appeared in the driveway less than six months after completion. And, multiple areas of the driveway shift up and down when driven over. I currently am seeking legal remedies. If you want to throw your money in the trash, Real Deal Remodeling is for you."
