Allissa (answers phone) was great setting up the service call. I did not expect such great treatment for the initial call for quote, she was great !!!! Victor performed all the work we required. He was prompt, professional, experienced, and personable. He represented the company very well, and we already know we will use United Plumbing for additional work next year and will specifically request Victor back for all future work. To management - give Victor a raise!! Heâ  s awesome :) Allissa, too !!

United Plumbing provided excellent service in fixing a plumbing problem in our home. The office staff was responsive in setting an appointment, and the plumber, Jason, arrived on time. Jason was professional and competent, identifying the cause of our problem as a failed expansion tank on the water heater. He replaced the tank and flushed the water heater, resolving the problem. Jason was thorough and pleasant, and he fully explained the work he did. The final bill was quite reasonable, and there was no attempt to sell unnecessary work or otherwise pad the charges. I recommend United Plumbing as a reputable company with excellent customer relations and professional employees.

Four days ago Carlos was here to install a new garbage disposal and fix a few other small plumbing issues. These jobs were all done to our satisfaction. At that time we discussed with him our need for a new water heater. He gave us options and quotes right then and there and scheduled an appointment ASAP. Today Carlos arrived along with Randy, they were prompt, friendly, polite and tidy. They were thorough, checking their work and explaining the new equipment. I would highly recommend United Plumbing and these two gentlemen. Thank You

Rarely do I give service techs a 5 Star rating for one reason or another. I asked United Plumbing to send some who knew what he was doing. They did. He was courteous, efficient, and on time. Rates were very reasonable. Iâ ll use them again.
