"Absolutely Terrible and Lawn is dying with their services! We have been using them for 10 years. This year their applied services have ruined our lawn. Bloomfield manager came out finally and said,”Yep your lawn is needed up!” And the did it! Used to have best lawn in the neighborhood with sod and no weeds! Not anymore and the same services were performed by TrueGreen as previous years! We are going to post signs in our yard saying “Work performed by TrueGreen”!!! Absolutely the worst lawn killing service!!"

"Hired to bring in top soil and plant grass. Worst job I have ever seen, grass did not grow, top soil was more like “top sand”. I would not recommend this business for anything other than mowing and leaf pickup. We have hired them for other projects around our property and the result is the same each time. Would love to support local business however we also want quality work. I hate writing this, but there is an old saying “Caveat emptor” (let the buyer beware). Was charged for over 20 yards of top soil, received maybe 5-10."

The best thing to do in that instance is to have the tree removed. If there’s only minor damage to the branches, pruning away the damaged parts is the first order of business. You may also want to consult a professional arborist to make sure the tree is healthy.
