When the old cabinets were taking out they discovered a leak years ago that was fixed by someone else but not correctly and had created a lot of mold and mildew. "The service was good. I paid an extra hundred dollars on top of the Big Deal. It is a pretty big deck so it took the guy longer than four hours to do it. The way they installed it worked; it was fine. It was not 100% exactly what we want. That was the only thing, but it was kind of important because we were trying to keep out groundhogs from getting underneath our deck. We kind of wanted it installed in an L-shape than just going straight down. The installed it straight down in a wonderful area. I am not sure if the guy would have been able to make the L-shape where it was installed. The guy might not have been able to install that part in an L and he was able to install it that way for the rest of the lattice."

When he left, there was no mess at all including any signs of the old gutters and hardware."
