I contacted him based on the outstanding reviews on Angie's list. We did not meet him until the job was well under way. Everything was done by phone, email, and FaceTime. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result. I would recommend Jerod for any job. He was outstanding!! Our job included: new roof, new siding, new gutters & down spouts, replace all windows, new flooring, new lighting and electrical, new plumbing, seal walls and waterproof basement, paint every room and ceiling in the house. Also a complete remodel of the kitchen, bathroom, utility room, closets, and an addition which included a large new bathroom, walk-in closet and storage area. "They did a good job of installing the openers and explaining their features and how to set up all the proper codes. There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. But after we had an electrician out to figure out the problem, T&C agreed it was a mistake and paid the electrician's invoice. Everyone we deal with was very friendly."

"This is the second time we’ve used Nick and his crew for flooring. Nick was very flexible from the start. My wife and I both work full time and we have young school aged kids so meeting with a contractor during regular business hours was nearly impossible to accomplish. On several occasions before we even officially began the project, Nick came over late after the kids were already in bed to discuss our plans and ideas for what we wanted done and to offer his opinions. We have always been impressed with Nick that he is not pushy or overly “salesy”, we definitely did not feel pressured to start the project until we were ready and convinced it was what we wanted to do. We had about 1,000 sq ft of flooring replaced this time around and it was very nice knowing that Nick and his crew were very conscious about the fact that we have young children and treated our house like their own and made sure there was nothing left that they could have injured themselves on. Heck, they even let our dog out and played with him a little bit each day because he’s not normally in his crate all day. The floors came out beautifully, we are so happy with the finished results. While it was not a cheap project, I believe the labor charged on top of the materials was very fair. I would highly recommend anyone use Nick’s Tile and More because you can truly tell they take pride in their work and care about the customer more than the paycheck."

"A pleasant gentleman named Dave came to the house on 3/28/14. He inspected the gutters and noted an area of rotting wood on a dormer. I was to receive an estimate as to what would be covered by the $99 Angie's Deal and what would be the price for fixing the dormer as well. The estimate was to be sent by email. I called him on 4/2 and he said the estimate would be forthcoming. I called him again today and he said he'd get the estimate to me. I have yet to see the estimate. My interactions with Dave were positive. RAM may deliver good service. This may have been a problem with communication within the company. I haven't received the estimate. I've lost confidence and wish a refund."
