"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

"Jeremy was a lifesaver! I had extensive water damage in my bathroom that resulted in a hole in the floor. As a single mother, I was concerned for the safety of my children. The first few contractors I spoke to treated me like a number. Jeremy however, rearranged his schedule and came out the next morning! He was fair and honest in what work needed to be done. Other contractors quoted me for work that wasn’t necessary and without even looking at my floor! He brought me piece of mind in a stressful situation. I will trust him with all of my home repair needs from now on!"

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
