"They did sand, but I noticed that many of the scratches that were there before the sanding were still there after. When I questioned them, I was told that they couldn't remove them without completely sanding the floors down to the bare wood. When the finish was being applied I asked that they use a satin finish to match the living room floor (which butts up to the dining area). They insisted that my finish was semi-gloss. When the finish dried, it was indeed different.  Lastly, when they arrived to do the work, I was told that in order to have the floor completely sealed they would have to put on 2 coats, which cost me another $78. Not told this previous to the work being done. The deal that I had purchased, was more expensive than advertised."

He said, he would be here at a certain time, he showed up an hour late, started the job, then left too do a quote for another job. He was gone for 2 & 1/2 hours then came back to finish a 10' x 12' deck, and finished around 9:30 at night. I was not happy with that!"
