"I purchased the deal in November of 2016 and arranged to have the work done when I was able to be at the rental property for the repair in March of 2017. The problem was quickly diagnosed and remedied as well as the deal for the new rollers on that door was completed. The technitian even lubricated the other doors as a bonus. I was very pleased."
