Description of Work: Main front door bolt lock latched, stripped, unable to open. He got it open, removed broken part and disabled. (Glassed Screen has dead bolt). Recommended alternatives with approximate costs. Excellent!

Description of Work: Had 6 doorknobs replaced to handicapable. Scott even vacuumed the sawdust from the job and saanded the fro0nt door that was hard to close.

 + -1 moreFirst person I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable and quite personable, and he gave a very good rough estimate over the phone. So when it came time to actually have the work done, I called back, got a different person, who cut me off while trying to explain what I wanted, and then scheduled an on-site estimate the next day. And if they had the parts on the truck then they would do the job. He shown up and went around looking at all of the locks and made a comment that a burgler could break in and "that's what homeowners insurance is for." He didn't have the parts for the job and then said "I've got to call my boss and see if he wants me to go to my next job or come in and get parts for this one." Pretty much after this experience, I'm calling other locksmiths, since apparently they didn't care enough for my "job" to have it taken care of in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Was going to have them change the locks in my new home and secure the sliding glass doors.
