All communications with Scott Dennison and Sam, the Installation Manager, were very fast and extremely thorough. A very comprehensive inspection was initially completed, including accessing the attic. Numerous photos were taken both in the attic and of the outside of the house. Additionally, a drone was used to capture a detailed overview of what the project would include. A considerable amount of time was spent explaining proper ventilation and the changes needed to have our project be in compliance for warranty certification.
