One of the main reasons that we chose Dennison is that they were one of the few companies that advertised a complete solution, including new roof, gutters, downspouts and Gutter Toppers. All communications with Scott Dennison and Sam, the Installation Manager, were very fast and extremely thorough. A very comprehensive inspection was initially completed, including accessing the attic. Numerous photos were taken both in the attic and of the outside of the house. Additionally, a drone was used to capture a detailed overview of what the project would include. A considerable amount of time was spent explaining proper ventilation and the changes needed to have our project be in compliance for warranty certification. A detailed explanation for all stages of the project was provided along with the quote and before the work started.
