Crew showed up on time and did not waste time. Placed vertical insulation on outside edge of slab as requested but failed to properly backfill the insulation so the majority of the insulation cracked in half. Also it rained 1 day after the pour which resulted in a washout where the slab was also not backfilled properly and the concrete cracked at that spot (see photo). I was overcharged and overpaid for the service from an incorrect invoice. When I discovered the error they agreed to repay me. That was 2 months ago. Repeated attempts to collect have resulted in repeated but unkept promise to pay me. They admit they owe me but still no payment. I will likely have to sue.
