I had rust on vinyl siding I could never get out myself and he got every bit of it. I love the look of my house after he did it. I am very very pleased. The price was very very good and Matt was on time and extremely knowledgeable of what chemicals to use on the house. I am very satisfied with his work. He returns your calls promptly and shows up when he says. He takes pride in his work and won’t leave until you are happy and he is happy with his work. We have prepared our house for the cleaning 3 times and no one showed. My husband has called them multiple times and they promised each time that we would have our cleaning done. We are extremely dissatisfied and will never use modernistic in the future. We have always used them in the past. This has caused us a great deal of work and they offered nothing in compensation.

As well as staining and power washing decks. We drive out to locations free of charge and right then in there an estimate of the job is given.
Recent Review:
KSCN were very responsive to my initial request for an estimate. They came out in a timely fashion and confirmed work to be done a provided a verbal estimate. Pablo the painter was prompt and completed the paint job within (2) days. My husband and I were very satisfied with the quality of work completed. Definitely would hire them again. However, if I had to offer a critique it would be to provide a written estimate of the work to be completed for both the customer and the business's records as an audit trail in case the work order changes. Which in my case it did. I requested some additional items which KSCN handled with no problem.

The gu y is not reliable. Came for quotation . Next day came to do job finished with 5 to 10 mins. Didnt do any cleaning and power wash. Depended same amount of money. Very rude , unethical and dishonest person. No reliable at all. I wouldn't hire or allow him to come for quotation either.
