"They said it'd be 6-8 weeks before they could fulfill the deal. I wasn't happy about that. After 8 weeks, I called them because I hadn't heard from them; they said it'd be a further 2 weeks. Most of the tile looks great, but there was 1 tile where I thought there was too big a gap. I thought he should have seen it and replaced it. The caulk that they used was cracked so they couldn't spread the caulk. I had to wait for them to get a new tube of caulk. It was only supposed to be a few days, and a few weeks later, I called them. They hadn't heard from the store, and I asked that they call the store; sure enough, the caulk was in at the store, so we moved forward."
