The caulk that they used was cracked so they couldn't spread the caulk. I had to wait for them to get a new tube of caulk. It was only supposed to be a few days, and a few weeks later, I called them. They hadn't heard from the store, and I asked that they call the store; sure enough, the caulk was in at the store, so we moved forward."
