Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

The technicians, Ken and Dylan, arrived well-prepared from the start. There was another worker who joined the team, but I didn’t catch his name. These men were professionals, and their work was of the highest quality. They even laid down protective coverings on the carpet before they began working. The caulk that they used was cracked so they couldn't spread the caulk. I had to wait for them to get a new tube of caulk. It was only supposed to be a few days, and a few weeks later, I called them. They hadn't heard from the store, and I asked that they call the store; sure enough, the caulk was in at the store, so we moved forward."
