He took several pictures and gave a very estimate. I had several other companies come out to provide quotes & they just simply weren't as thorough or kind. Troy continued to follow up and once we were able to budget for the project, he came out and made sure nothing had changed. Throughout the job he took TONS of pictures so I didn't have to go under the building to check it out. They were professional & very respectful of our business operations. "Lacks integrity, dishonest and untrustworthy Do yourself a favor and call another company. My experience with this company was very poor. Went through a difficult situation throughout a job. They turned their back, didn’t take ownership and deflected blame. I took this company to court and was compensated. I’ve heard from other dissatisfied customer’s this isn’t the first time nor the last … You reap what you sow. If you choose to do business with this company protect yourself, do not sign their hold harmless and do not trust their word. This company states it’s built on integrity, honesty and trust. Just because it’s a veteran owned company doesn’t mean they inherently have these traits. I’d argue if a veteran has to highlight that, they are the opposite of what they say."

"I found this business through Angie's List, where this company has high reviews, so I was surprised to see such low reviews on this site. There must have been a big change in management or something over the past eight years, because I am only impressed by this company. The sales person was a no pressure guy who was very accommodating. He listened attentively to all of my gutter needs, and impressed me with his attention to detail. I have a metal roof, so some of the problems I was experiencing were specific to my site. I also like that this company could fix my clogged drains too. Klean Gutters Midwest took care of everything I needed and surprised me with some extras that I did not think of, but they were definitely needed. The "extras" were included in their original price. Also, their product was of higher quality for the leaf guard, and their price was super reasonable. I am very happy with this company"
